Why don't you publish detailed prices on a generic page?
Because every customer's situation is different. An MSME bidding 5 tenders a quarter has different needs than a national contractor running 50 active bids at once. We'd rather have a 20-minute call and quote you accurately than show generic prices that don't fit your actual use case.
Do you offer free trials?
Yes. Zoltwic Tender includes a free trial — no card required to start. Zoltwic Forge engagements begin with a paid 1–2 week Discovery phase, where we audit your workflows and decide together whether a full engagement makes sense.
What payment methods do you accept?
For India: bank transfer, UPI, credit card. For international customers: wire transfer, credit card, or PayPal. We invoice in INR by default, with multi-currency invoicing available on request.
Do you work with non-Indian customers?
Yes. We serve global enterprises — particularly in markets where agentic AI for procurement, document intelligence, and workflow automation is underserved. Pricing in USD, EUR, or local currency available on request.
